The show is non-stop action that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Marvel at the jousting, sword fights and hand-to-hand combat. Gasp at the performing falcons that soar over your heads recreating an ancient ceremony. The true stars of the show are pure-bred Spanish horse stallions from the dinner show’s own North Texas farm. Calm, strong and with an incredible agility, these horses will astound you with their performance.



While dining on a four-course meal, you will cheer for one of the “Knights of the Realm”. He will wow you with gallant feats on horseback as he battles for his kingdom’s honor. The Red and Yellow Knight is a master of the sword, the Blue Knight battles for the defenseless, while the Yellow Knight is chivalrous and a legendary fighter. Choose from six knights in total and cheer him on like an 11th century serf with your roasted chicken-leg raised high. You can’t raise your fork since this is a medieval meal and they ate with their hands. Luckily, it’s finger-licking good and good fun.
