Your host, Dionysia, will teach you the secrets behind the Greek dish pita-gyros, where you’ll make everything, including the pita bread! Under your host’s helpful guidance, you will also make and enjoy traditional Greek mezze with patsavouropita or bougatsa for dessert! With Dionysia sharing her grandmother’s recipe for tzatziki, you’ll be cooking like a local in no time!
