Program details
Granada must be one of the most fascinating cities in Europe. In this combo tour, you'll explore the fantastic legacy of the city's Moorish rulers in the fairy-tale palaces of the Alhambra and the lush Generalife Gardens before heading for the city's brand-new science park, an interactive museum with something for everyone.
The Alhambra palace complex stands on a hill overlooking the city of Granada and was home to a succession of Moorish Kings. Explore the Nasrid Palaces, a treasure trove of Moorish architecture, and the Generalife Gardens, a lush paradise packed with flowers, fountains, and secluded courtyards.
The recently expanded and renovated Science Park has over 70,000m2 of exhibition space with exhibits covering the scientific legacy of Al-Andalus, a journey through the human body, a planetarium, as well as a tropical butterfly garden, exhibitions of birds of prey, and acres of gardens. Younger children will love the hands-on Exploration Hall.
