Don't worry how to go to Highway Express Bus Stop as you will be picked up from your accommodation in Tokyo city center (central city 23 wards only) and then transferred to a proper Express Bus Stop in Tokyo downtown. You will then take that bus to continue to Mitsui Outlet Kisarazu. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at Mitsui Outlet Kisarazu.
