Program details
Get a unique perspective on the main points of Seville by taking this tour of the historic centre of the city. You can choose between making only the walking tour or enjoy a flamenco show at the end.
Meet your guide at the starting point at the Torre del Oro near the Guadalquivir, and we will know the importance that this river had in the development of the city. From here, our guide will take us through the streets of the old town where we will pass by the Torre de la Plata, the Torre de Abdul Aziz and the “Casa de la Moneda” on our way to the “Archivo de Indias”. Afterwards we will make some stops at the most outstanding points of the Cathedral's façade, where our guide will highlight some of the architectural elements used in its construction. The Cathedral of Seville is the largest Gothic building in the world and was registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Very close to the Cathedral, we will find the Alcazar of Seville where, starting from the “Puerta del León” we will be able to know all the history that hides before entering in the Barrio de Santa Cruz to know their legends and how the three cultures influenced him, since Muslims, Jewsand and Christians lived in this neighborhood.
