Program details

Meander through the beautiful streets of Amsterdam, over the bridges and past the canals, stopping at various downtown bars to sample legendary local beers and learn about the American and German influences that shaped the Dutch brewing industry. Find out more about iconic brands and brewers and visit Amsterdam’s original Heineken building. Discover the spots where nuns used to brew their beer back in the 16th century, then take a detour through the Red Light District to visit a small brewery located within this infamous area.

Finish your drinking adventure at a legendary local beer hall that stocks more than 200 different varieties of beer! Pint lovers will be amazed at the range on offer here. Choose to sip on a pale lager, gulp down some bitter ale or sample a strong triple malt to celebrate the end of the tour. Raise a glass with friends and make a toast to Amsterdam. Then you are free to head back to your accommodation or stay on at the beer hall and have just one more for the road…
