The park is also home to hundreds of species of exotic animals where they are well fed and looked after. Visit the Island of Jaguars and see for yourself how this beautiful animal, the third largest of the big cats, lives and gets on with its friends. Swim in crystal clear waters and explore subterranean caves. You don’t have to be a professional diver – all you need is a spirit of adventure. And for those of you who want to admire sea life without getting wet then don’t miss a visit to Xcaret’s very own Coral Reef. The aquarium contains over 5,000 organisms from 500 species in tanks containing water pumped directly from the Caribbean Sea. Xplor: Glide on a along variety of ziplines, ranging from 8 to 45 metres in height. Embark on a dreamlike journey through crystal-clear cenotes featuring stunning suspension bridges. Feel the power aboard an all-terrain amphibious vehicle as you drive through spectacular jungle trails and awe-inspiring caves while marvelling at the ancient rock formations. Paddle on a highly manoeuvrable raft to explore fascinating grottoes and round it all off with a swim along a river amid stalactites and stalagmites in a bewitching underground world. In addition to adventurers’ delights, exquisit and abundant food to recharge the energy. A station of unlimited smoothies and juices, and a delicious BBQ buffet can be enjoyed at “El Troglodita” Restaurant.
Discover the secrets surrounding the enigmatic architecture of Chichén Itzá and admire its most famous vestige, the pyramid of Kukulcán, testimony to the high mathematic and astronomical precision achieved by the Maya. Even today surprising events occur, such as the shadowy descent of the feathered serpent during the equinox, and the mysterious sound effects you can hear echoing during your tour. With Xichen de Lujo: We take full charge of everything, the luxury transportation, breakfast on board, drinks, lunch and tickets to the archaeological site. All you need is your desire to have fun and learn about Mayan culture. Later at Valladolid, contemplate the beauty of Zací cenote, and finish your adventure with a buffet meal with unlimited beverages included at La Casona de Valladolid. Taste more than 70 dishes of Yucatecan cuisine, such as Cochinita Pibil (roasted pig marinated in sour orange juice and axiote), the Pok Chuk (pork prepared in citrus marinade) and the Tikinxik fish (fish with axiote cooked over the grill).”

Others: Xichen: Free admission for children under 4 years old (must show an ID to verify their age when boarding). Children aged 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket (must show ID at the ticket office of the Park).
Xplor: Children under five or shorter than 1 metre cannot partake. Average weight of vest: 450 grams, Minimum weight capacity: 40kg, Maximum weight capacity: 250 kg.
Xcaret: Children from 0 to 4 years go free, Children from 5 to 11 pay half of the price of an adult admission presenting an ID, same should be shown when boarding the tour. In case children don’t have ID, height policy will be applied: children that are under 1 meter go free, children from 1 meter to 1.40 meter pay half of the price of an adult admission and children that are 1.41 meter or more pay the same price as an adult admission. Extra activities have an extra cost such as: scuba diving, swim with dolphins, sea trek, snorkeling tour. Any previous service do not operate from hotels in complex Vidante (Mayan Palace, Grand Mayan Riviera Maya, Grand Delux, Mayan Sactuary, The Grand Bliss).
Xichen, Xplor and Xcaret : We recommend to bring swimming suit, a towel and extra cloths. Your sunscreen and insect repellent should be free of the following chemicals to be use in the Park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octyl Ssalicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane. Xcaret Plus: Includes buffet food, non-alcoholic drinks during the meal, lockers and snorkel equipment. Xcaret Basic: does not include food, drinks lockers or snorkel equipment.
