Choose from three different wedding options:
Premium Wedding Package Set the mood for a perfect beach wedding. This package includes a pre-wedding meeting with the wedding coordinator, a non-denominational minister, on-site coordinator, souvenir certificate, two orchid leis, the beach permit, 30 photos on CD, one round bouquet, a solo musician (ukulele or guitar) and transportation to and from your hotel to the wedding location in a white luxury limousine.
Moderate Wedding Package For something extra special this package offers a pre-wedding meeting with the wedding coordinator, a non-denominational minister, on-site coordinator, souvenir certificate, two orchid leis and the beach permit plus a round bouquet and 30 photos on CD.
Standard Wedding Package Offers the basics for a beautiful beach wedding, including a pre-wedding meeting with the wedding coordinator, a non-denominational minister, on-site coordinator, souvenir certificate, two orchid leis and the beach permit.
Important information
Residents outside the United States are strongly recommended to contact their local government agency or a consulate to obtain the requirements necessary for the marriage to be legally and lawfully recognized in their respective country.
The following must be included with booking request: full first and last names of bride and groom, preferred wedding date and time, arrival and departure date, hotel name, number of guests and email address.
Valid passports and marriage license required. The marriage license is not included in wedding packages and must be arranged by guests on their own at the office of marriage license. We recommend arriving in Hawaii at least 2 working days, not including holidays prior to wedding day. Please arrange to have this prior to wedding date.
Hawaii law does not require wedding witnesses. The wedding ceremony will be performed by a state-licensed, non-denominational minister.
The State of Hawaii will mail a marriage certificate to the couple’s home address. Please note that this can take up to 2 months after the wedding.
Location and photographer fee covers 1 hour. Processing of photos may take several days. For photo rush jobs a surcharge will apply. Fee is payable locally.
Meeting/pick-up point: Upon arrival in Hawaii please call supplier to arrange pre-wedding meeting with coordinator.
Duration: One hour.
